Our platform allows electronic document creation, signing, and sharing.

You acknowledge that eSignatures generated via our platform may be legally binding under applicable laws (e.g., Indian IT Act 2000, ESIGN Act, or eIDAS).

We provide audit trails and digital security measures to support the validity of eSignatures.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload.

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver our services.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Data Privacy

We only collect minimal, necessary information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party data included in documents complies with applicable privacy laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, including all software, design, logos, and content (excluding your documents), is owned by or licensed to SignDue.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or upgrades.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for the legal enforceability of documents or signatures under all jurisdictions.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our platform.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice where possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
